What are the different ways to install Postgresql in windows machine
Postgresql can be installed in 2 ways in windows. One is " Binary Installation " and other is " Source Installation ". In general, most of the cases ( 99% ) people will do the postgresql installation from Binary. One Exe file will be downloaded and will look like below. While downloading the we have the option to select the Binary Download or Source Download. Please check the below image for the same. Below image contains the when and why we have to go for the Source installation. Please note that, source installation process a bit complicated.
